1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using BaseBuzz ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

BaseBuzz is a reputation and analytics platform on the Base blockchain. It computes a BuzzScore based on publicly available on-chain activity and provides tools for portfolio tracking, token analytics, and participation in seasonal reward distributions.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. Wallet Connection

The Service requires a blockchain wallet to access certain features. You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet and private keys. We never request or store your private keys or seed phrases.

5. BUZZ Points & Tokens

Buzz points are non-transferable reputation scores derived from on-chain activity. They are not financial instruments, securities, or investments. BUZZ tokens, when distributed, are utility tokens used within the BaseBuzz ecosystem. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial, investment, or legal advice.

6. Prohibited Conduct

• Attempting to manipulate BuzzScore through fraudulent or artificial activity
• Using automated tools to unfairly accumulate points or rewards
• Interfering with the operation of the Service or its smart contracts
• Using the Service for any illegal activity

7. Smart Contract Risks

The Service interacts with smart contracts on the Base blockchain. Smart contracts carry inherent risks including but not limited to bugs, exploits, and network congestion. You acknowledge and accept these risks when using the Service. Always do your own research before interacting with any smart contract.

8. No Warranty

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, accuracy of data, or any particular outcome from using the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BaseBuzz and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of funds, data, or profits.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
